About the role

Key SPOC for
•    Operational support for Incident, Change and Problem tickets involving Teams Direct Routing, SBC, SIP signalling, and call-routing issues.
•    Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and Real-Time Analytics to investigate jitter, packet loss, and latency trends
•    Analyze SIP traces, ladder diagrams, and firewall traffic to isolate and fix call routing errors.
•    Documentation and reporting — contributing to LLDs, SOPs, RUN BOOKs,configuration records & Knowledge management (KEDB).
•    Functions as the primary liaison to third-party telecommunication providers for circuit outages, porting issues, and SIP trunk maintenance.
•    Responsible of Systematic backup of all SBCs and storage in central repository.
Build and support of Microsoft TEAMS, AudioCodes SBC, including integration with IP PBX and third-party solutions.
Participate in Change management, assess Risk and Impact; prepare and review change requests
Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new UC technology & tools 
Support technical knowledge transfer & awareness sessions on best practices within the team
Analyze customer problems and formulates plans to implement to obtain resolutions.


 

About you

Rich hands-on experience of build, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams, and AudioCodes SBC (Mediant/vE-SBC), including SIP trunk, routing, licensing, firmware, and security configuration.
Working knowledge of SIP, RTP/SRTP, and VoIP protocols, data networking, PSTN protocols, TCP/IP and Windows OS, along with structured voice troubleshooting methodology.
Hands on experience (build and manage) on Microsoft UCC (On-premises, Hybrid and Online)
¿    Fully competent with Microsoft TEAMS with enterprise voice features, including the Teams/M365 admin center. 
¿    PowerShell administration (creating and applying various policies, using CSV’s etc.)
¿    Exchange UM administration - Dial plan creation, Auto Attendant configuration, UM-enabling
¿    TEAMS administration (licensing, calling plans, creating custom dial plans, creating and assigning various global and user level policies, building call flows, CQD etc.)
¿    Knowledge of AudioCodes E-SBC/vE-SBC, AudioCodes EMS/OVOC, AudioCodes Mediant Gateways and Analog Media Packs, including SIP trunk, routing tables, TLS/SRTP security profiles, and certificate management.
¿    Sound understanding of integration with Oracle SBC, AudioCodes SBC & other IP PBX devices
¿    Experience with Microsoft Security and Compliance functionality within Office 365 a plus.
Clear verbal and written reporting of technical issues and project deployment milestones to non-technical stakeholders.
Discipline to manage ticket queues, meet defined response times, and prioritize operational tasks effectively.
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving network issues (QoS, jitter, latency, codec negotiation) impacting voice quality, in coordination with network/SD-WAN teams.
Position will require to work in rotational shifts to support 24 * 7 operations/project assignments.
