About the role

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance our HR information systems and data processes. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing HR system workflows, supporting system users and contributing to HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, reliable and scalable HR systems solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform regular data quality checks, identify anomalies or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Respond to and resolve employee and manager requests related to system access, department changes, ID changes, contract changes and other HR data updates.
  • Process HR data transactions (e.g., updates in organizational structure, reporting lines, and employee records) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support data audits and assist in developing data governance and validation procedures.
  • Lead implementation projects within HR perimeter, working with technical and internal customer teams to ensure successful launch.
  • Analyze current data flows to determine if streamlining will improve data integrity and processes.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with the Group Directory correspondents, ensure that proper and updated access is granted, provide training for new correspondents and ensure that the community remains updated.

About you

  • Strong listening skills so that business needs can be identified and clearly articulated to technical team
  • Strong bilingual skills, able to communicate effectively in English and French.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable with change
  • Excel proficiency - including pivot tables and vlookups

 

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Equivalent in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience in HR Operations, HRIS / HR Systems or data management roles preferred.
  • Experience in data auditing or reporting is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience
