About the role

Taking a key role in maintaining and optimizing network operations, the Junior Analyst handles multifaceted platforms spanning SDN, Private Cloud, CDN, and IP services, diagnosing issues through advanced tools and resolving them efficiently. With a proactive and collaborative approach, the role offers the opportunity to drive operational improvements and automation, supporting resilient and high-quality service delivery in a globally integrated environment.

  • Maintain working knowledge of a broad range of network operation platforms, protocols, and services across multiple technical domains including Software Defined Network, Private Cloud, Content Delivery Network, Voice, and IP networks.
  • Diagnose network and service issues with complex test tools and follow through to resolution, ensuring service continuity.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions for operational tasks using Python, RPA, and other relevant technologies.
  • Engage with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence tools where applicable to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively by prioritizing workload and applying sound time management practices.
  • Support technical change control activities related to service architecture to maintain system integrity.
  • Cultivate strong cooperative relationships across teams to facilitate problem resolution and operational success.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to incident response, demonstrating initiative and effective action with minimal supervision during emergency situations.
  • Work collaboratively within a team-driven environment while maintaining self-motivation and reliability.
  • Communicate fluently in English, with additional languages considered advantageous.
  • Execute proactive monitoring across various networked platforms including SDN, Private Cloud, CDN, Voice, and IP networks to identify and address issues promptly, enhancing service continuity.
  • Perform detailed diagnosis and troubleshooting by leveraging technical expertise and automation tools to resolve platform incidents.
  • Automate operational tasks using tools like Incident Orchestrator, optimizing alarm configurations to reduce response times.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication during shift handovers to maintain operational awareness and accountability.
  • Manage medium to high-complexity incidents with appropriate escalation, ensuring service standards and satisfaction.
  • Balance incident management with preventive operational tasks based on business impact priorities.
  • Conduct quality of service analyses and participate in problem management aligned with service and operational level agreements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of operational procedures and accurately apply them to daily tasks.
  • Provide technical guidance and procedural support to team members to enhance collective expertise.
  • Monitor recurring incidents and develop proactive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain awareness of physical site conditions to coordinate incident responses requiring on-site interventions.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, field services, and carriers to manage testing, hardware replacements, and escalations to sustain service availability.
  • Support supervisory personnel during major incidents or crises by assisting in effective response and recovery efforts.
  • Participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis support activities beyond standard hours to ensure service resilience.
