• Engage proactively with international customers to understand and address their cloud operational requirements through customized solutions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to support the integration and delivery of cloud services, ensuring consistent service quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, applying methodical problem-solving techniques to maintain service continuity.
• Operate effectively within a virtual environment, coordinating with stakeholders across various time zones to support cloud operations.
• Manage unexpected challenges calmly and strategically to ensure prompt resolution and minimal operational impact.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational processes and overall service performance.

You are a knowledgeable professional with over 7 years of experience in cloud operations and virtualization technologies, holding a graduate degree in science, engineering (BE/B Tech), or M.Sc. IT. Your strong technical skills include advanced knowledge of vCloud Director, VMware ESXi and vSphere, NSX-T, along with hands-on experience with key infrastructure such as Dell and Cisco chassis, complemented by a solid understanding of public cloud environments including Azure. You combine expertise in Linux and automation tools with clear communication and effective customer engagement skills, consistently adapting solutions to meet evolving needs.

Your professional skills:
• Demonstrate advanced management and configuration skills in vCloud Director environments to optimize cloud operations.
• Apply in-depth technical expertise in VMware ESXi and vSphere, including proficiency in vCenter and ESXi management tasks.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of NSX-T to implement and manage advanced network virtualization features.
• Experience with hardware including Dell M1000 Chassis and M630, Cisco UCS, and HPE chassis to support infrastructure needs.
• Apply understanding of public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, to design and maintain effective cloud solutions.
• Exhibit proficiency in Linux operating systems and automation tools to streamline cloud service management.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to foster understanding and collaboration.
• Provide proactive customer support that ensures positive experiences and addresses client concerns efficiently.
• Adapt problem-solving approaches as required by changing environments to maintain stable cloud operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance team objectives and share knowledge for mutual benefit.
