About the role

Lead the evolution of our AI strategy by setting clear visions, establishing robust governance, and advancing impactful adoption of AI use cases that unlock measurable value, positioning the organization at the forefront of technological innovation and strategic growth.

  • Reconfirm and shape the program's vision by aligning it with our future strategy and platform goals.
  • Redefine governance structures and lead all steering committees to ensure effective oversight and decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to value definition, measurement, progress tracking, duplications, and recent investments.
  • Prioritize strategic topics and use cases, promoting opportunities for scaling and broader adoption.
  • Advance the end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, ensuring timely and quality implementation.
  • Manage the adoption and integration of AI use cases across relevant business functions to maximize impact.
  • Serve as the GDO point of contact for Data and AI governance at the organizational level, ensuring compliance and alignment.
  • Lead a small team contributing functionally to the AI-First program, developing a joint environment and ensuring efficient resource management.
  • Oversee the overall GDO savings plan related to AI initiatives, monitoring impact without direct financial duties.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in program management, with proven capabilities in transversal management and an in-depth awareness of Data and AI organizations. They will demonstrate the ability to consistently engage stakeholders, prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams. A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience, is required. Strong communication skills and organizational acumen are essential, as well as the ability to negotiate within governance frameworks and make makes timely decisions decisions to optimize use case value and resource allocation.

  • Demonstrates extensive experience in program management, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in data and AI contexts.
  • Has a strong awareness of organizational functions related to Data and AI, facilitating effective transversal management.
  • Possesses exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and functions.
  • Exhibits the capacity to prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and potential impact.
  • Holds a comprehensive knowledge of AI and data management standards, tools, and frameworks.

  • Negotiates with stakeholders using organizational governance frameworks to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
